Default Ethereal Burden + Migraine

When I was putting together some of my builds I used in the last beta, I started to wonder about the stacking of mesmer hexes. The easiest example of this is as follows, Can Two % slowing hexes be stacked? I.E - Ethereal Burden, Migraine. I would appreciate any input. I know you have posted some answers about stacking, But im curious about just these 2 since they are both in my build.

Yes, they would stack.

also, if they got shattered (or taken off ), they would be removed in reverse order that they were put on, so cast the most important one first....
